I was instructed by a company residential landlord to serve a tenant with a Form 6A Notice because he was at risk of defaulting on rent payments. The tenant voluntarily vacated and the client was owed a small amount of arrears which the client decided against pursuing.

Prepare and serve by 1st class post a Form 6A - £100 + VAT
File Open – 3 months
If possible obtain a deposit to cover any losses when the tenant vacates, but don’t forget to protect the deposit and serve the tenant with all the required prescribed information.
