Free Dispute Resolution



An apology is defined as:

“a regretful acknowledgement of an offence or failure”.

However, SORRY can sometimes be the hardest word.

For those involved in a dispute where there was a good pre-existing relationship, an apology can sometimes help set aside some of the hurt feelings, enabling a resolution to be reached to end the dispute.

Timing is very important so the apology isn’t seen as insincere or too late.
